Madelyn
After over a decade of chronic pain and anxiety, I felt disconnected from myself and the career I had built working in technology startups. I was burning out climbing the corporate ladder — pouring endless energy into building someone else's dream while sacrificing my own emotional and physical well-being.
I spent so long trying to fix my chronic pain, ignoring my needs, and staying stuck in the cycle of people-pleasing and disassociating. Until I couldn't anymore.
This one belief changed the trajectory of my path: our bodies hold our deepest medicine. And the way to healing isn't about fixing ourselves, it's about finding the safety and trust to hold all of who we are.
The ease and the discomfort. The light and the shadow. The full breadth of our emotions and inner world. It’s about coming home to ourselves, a deep remembering, and reclaiming our wholeness. Learning about somatics, rediscovering pleasure and joy, and reinforcing safety in my body changed everything.
Having struggled with debilitating chronic migraine and anxiety for most of my life, I slowly began to heal and forge a new path forward through somatic practices.
This pivotal moment sparked self-discovery, healing, and expansion. It’s also what led me to gain clarity on my life purpose. I left my stressful career in the tech space to connect with this calling. The journey of embodiment calls us to rise into our wholeness and inspire others to do the same.
Beyond my ICF coaching certification, I hold a B.A. in Psychology and completed a 200-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training and am certified through the Yoga Alliance. I'm also credentialed in Mental Health First Aid, with specialized training in Cognitive Pain Reprogramming, Nervous System Regulation, and Somatic Embodiment—allowing me to compassionately support your unique growth journey.
