This 90-min workshop combines guided somatic practices, expressive journaling, and intuitive movement to help you connect with your emotions, release tension, and cultivate emotional well-being.

What To Expect:

  1. Somatic Tracking: learn to tune into your body’s sensations through a lens of safety. Become an observer of your emotions in your body through gentle awareness and curiosity. 

  2. Expressive Writing: give your emotions a safe space to be released. Using a guided prompt, you’ll engage in a free-flow writing exercise designed to help you explore and process what you're feeling.

  3. Intuitive Movement: experience the power of moving your body to shift emotional energy. In this practice, you’ll be guided to move intuitively—through swaying, shaking, dancing, or tapping—allowing you to release tension, and connect more deeply with yourself.

Madelyn is an ICF-certified somatic life coach who guides visionary women to cultivate authentic confidence through embodied wisdom. She supports women in accessing their intuition and feminine power to live lives of purpose, pleasure, and impact.

After leaving her career in tech startups and healing from anxiety and debilitating chronic migraines, Madelyn now compassionately coaches women to trust their body's wisdom, reclaim their well-being, and confidently step into the lives they truly desire.
